Got a Reader?
If you click on a link above and your computer won't open the document, you may need the free Adobe Reader program. The documents are stored in a .PDF format, meaning that anyone with the Reader can download and open them. Webmasters use the .PDF format because they can convert any document to .PDF, no matter what program it was created in. So, for example, if you don't own Microsoft Word, you can still open a Word document if it's been saved in a .PDF format. You only need the free Adobe Reader.
